Refund Policy

Subscription cancellation

Subscribers may cancel future renewal through Stripe Customer Portal when paid billing is enabled, or by emailing support. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly or annual paid period. It preserves the paid-period entitlement and does not create a prorated refund.

Refund eligibility

A paid purchase is eligible for a full refund under the ordinary policy only when both conditions are met:

• the request is made within seven days of the corresponding successful charge;
• every paid credit granted by that charge remains completely unused and unreserved.

We do not offer partial refunds under this ordinary unused-credit rule. A duplicate charge or a verified material service failure may be reviewed separately. Unsupported features, exhausted limits, or conversion quality within the disclosed product boundaries do not normally qualify, subject to consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

What happens after approval

• For a monthly subscription payment, the matching grant is revoked and the subscription is canceled immediately.
• For an annual subscription payment, grants issued from that annual charge are revoked and future monthly grants stop immediately.
• For a credit pack, only the matching credit-pack grant is revoked.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method, issuing bank, and financial network.

How to request a refund

Email support@bankstatementconverters.co from the address associated with your account. Include the Stripe receipt or invoice identifier, payment date, and a concise explanation. Do not email a bank statement, payment-card number, identity document, bank detail, password, or authentication code.
