Service Delivery Policy

Bank Statement Converter is a digital software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Free access

An eligible account receives 20 free credits after sign-in and 30 more after its first successful export. Free credits do not create a subscription or automatic renewal.

Paid access

• Starter: 15 USD per month or 144 USD per year, with 150 credits granted each month.
• Pro: 39 USD per month or 375 USD per year, with 500 credits granted each month.
• Credit packs: 9, 19, 49, or 99 USD once for 50, 150, 500, or 1,200 credits.

After Stripe confirms an enabled payment, the corresponding paid access is normally associated with the signed-in account immediately. Webhook delivery, account review, or a temporary service interruption can cause a short delay.

Conversion and download timing

Conversion time depends on file size, page count, scan quality, document complexity, queue load, and provider availability. A conversion creates Excel, CSV, and JSON downloads only after the result passes the service's validation checks. Results can still contain errors and must be reviewed before use.

Conversion files remain available for up to seven days unless you delete the conversion earlier.

If paid credits or a completed download are not available as expected, email support@bankstatementconverters.co from your account email and include the order or conversion reference. We aim to provide an initial response within two business days. Do not attach the source bank statement or extracted transaction file.
